The DHZ360 is a purpose-built marine lubricating oil purification disc separator designed for continuous operation on commercial vessels. Featuring self-cleaning bowl technology and IMO MARPOL Annex VI compliance, it ensures reliable removal of water, sludge, and solid contaminants from marine engine lubricating oil, protecting expensive engine components and extending oil service life.
Contaminated lubricating oil enters the rotating bowl through the feed tube and is distributed through the disc stack. Under high centrifugal force (up to 5,200 G), water and solid contaminants, being denser than oil, are forced to the bowl periphery. The purified oil flows through the disc gaps and is discharged via the centripetal pump while separated water and sludge accumulate in the bowl's solids holding space. The self-cleaning mechanism periodically ejects accumulated sludge without interrupting oil flow, enabling continuous purification during extended voyages.
